The Ouray Community & Conference Center (next to City Hall on Sixth Avenue) is available for public use.
Ouray has hosted conferences and/or events for groups from five to 500 people. There are two meeting rooms available. The San Juan Room and the Massard Auditorium can accommodate close to 500 people. There is an elevator available for the upstairs, a fully equipped commercial kitchen in the Massard Auditorium, and a small kitchen in the San Juan room. The rooms can be set up with tables, folding chairs, and audio/visual equipment.
With its relaxed atmosphere and spectacular surroundings the Ouray Community and Conference Center is the perfect place to hold your group meeting, company party, family reunion, birthday party, or wedding and reception. The outside gazebo at the Ouray Hot Springs Park is also a favorite location for gathering together.

The website for the Ouray Chamber Resort Association (OCRA) is a valuable resource for anyone planning an event in Ouray County. The address is www.ouraycolorado.com. You may contact them at 970-325-4746 or toll free at 800-228-1876 for a free guide.
The Ouray Chamber Resort Association can assist with suggestions for photographers, caterers, music (live or DJ), and other services that will enhance your event in Ouray.
Most all restaurants, motels, hotels and B&B's are listed with OCRA.
There are 5 churches where weddings may be performed: Calvary Assembly of God (970-325-4049), First Presbyterian (970-325-4253), First Southern Baptist (970-325-4448), St. Daniel's Catholic (970-325-4373) and St. John's Episcopal (970-325-4655).
Many other services such as invitations, rentals, floral, liquor, beauty services, child-care, pet-sitting, and off-road transportation to the high country are all available in Ouray County. Many of these are listed on the Ouray Chamber Resort Association website.
